THE COURSE
This interactive face-to-face course is like no other, as you experience your birthing journey in reverse! Our 12.5 hour course consists of 4 engaging sessions over a 3-week period and guides you through a step-by-step journey helping you understand the incredible physical, hormonal, and emotional changes that take place during birth.

My name is Kerry Banks
I am a certified Antenatal Teacher for the Real Birth Company and Maternity Nurse. I passionately believe all parents deserve to have the knowledge to prepare them for birth so they can look forward to this momentous occasion with excitement and joy.

I also love to see the special friendships that form during my antenatal classes. I know from my own experience as a mum taking antenatal classes myself, these bonds are so important during the early days of parenthood and beyond.
